Tokyo

To say that I have neglected this blog would be an understatement. Here are a few photos of a trip I took to Tokyo a few months ago. It was an amazing experience and I would love to go there again. I loved our hotel, the food, the people, the weather. I felt extremely safe while I was there and people were so friendly to me whenever I got lost on the streets walking around.

Fall Catalogs....

I got the Free People and Madewell catalogs in the mail yesterday and these are a few things that I would love to check out in person.

Fall is coming...

I have been in another blogging rut. I have been doing things that would make for good blog content like learning new things, reading books, taking classes, going new places, but for some reason I can't get myself to blog about any of it.

Hopefully I get inspired soon because I signed up for BlogShop! I have been wanting to take this course since they did the very first one but I hadn't been able to justify the price because I feel like this blog is just a hobby. After a little encouragement from my husband, I just decided to do it.

YOLO!

*Photo above is my bathroom that I love so much. The print of the lion is a new addition. The poster was $2 at an estate sale and I had it framed for $20. Isn't it awesome?

BKR

One of the things I have been trying to focus on along with having fresh juice every day is drinking more water. Sometimes it takes getting a new water bottle to inspire you! Sort of like buying new cleaning supplies to make yourself clean or some new workout clothes to exercise in...

I have had 3 full bottles of water today, which may not seem very impressive to you but that is a big improvement for me. The handle makes it so easy to tote around and I love that it isn't too big to throw in my purse. I really wanted the tomato red color but they were out so I got my next favorite in crush. I tried using a Kleen Kanteen for awhile but I didn't like the metallic taste. I love the glass bottle and the small mouth. With every bottle purchase the company makes a donation to some great causes, including the fight against cancer which is important to me.

*This is not a sponsored post, I just really like this product!

**I got mine at Gap (certain locations only) for about $4 because I had a 20% off coupon and a $20 voucher from credit card points. My husband would be amused by this because he is astonished at how cheap I can get things for.

A few things...

Seattle Shopping

I picked up a few new things while I was in Seattle. For some reason I have an easier time spending money when I am out of town. Why is that?

1. My friend took me to Aritzia and I got an Ace & Jig top very similar to the one above on super sale. I love it.
2. I got this sweet top on sale from Madewell.
3. This is from Madewell as well.
4. I love this scent, and the shop owner had a damaged bottle (I couldn't even see the damage) so she gave it to me for 1/2   off.
5. I saw these and had to have them. They are super comfy and I ended up wearing them the whole weekend.
