My friend Rebecca sent me these images the other day to ask me if she had gone overboard shoe shopping. Of course, I assured her that she hadn't. I was actually quite impressed with the selections she  made and how well they all complimented each other. I really want the Dolce Vita booties in that amazing orangey red color.

Shopping

I have spoiled myself in the shoe department over the last two weeks. I have been trying to streamline my closet and one of my goals has been to focus more on quality than quantity when it comes to clothes and shoes. I have a tendency to be cheap when buying most things, clothing and shoes included. I have been trying to change that about myself, although I still love a bargain.

I bought these Bass Oxfords by Rachel Antonoff from Driftwood in Silverlake last weekend. I haven't even worn them yet! I feel like I need some time to figure out what will look best with them. I am thinking dresses and skirts with colored tights!

Yesterday I got these bootie peep-toe wedge's from Mohawk General Store in Silverlake. They are made by a company called Marais USA, which is ironic because the shoes were made in China....Oh well, I love them and I wore them to work today!
